Businessman and international business consultant, Guillermo has a long career as a business leader. He currently holds the position of President of CEPBA (Economic Confederation of the Province of Buenos Aires) and Vice-President of Industry of the CGE (General Economic Confederation of the Argentine Republic).
He is a graduate of the Catholic University of La Plata, with a degree in Business Administration and as a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, he has several specialisations in International Trade matters.
In the 1990s, he was Director of the Business Promotion Department of the Under-Secretariat of International Economic Relations of the Province of Buenos Aires, representing this Organism in 65 international events; Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Puerto Rico, Spain, Italy, USA, Australia.
He combines his business activity with a clear vocation for teaching. He holds several professorships in the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Catholic University of La Plata, as well as being a prominent speaker at various national and international forums and conferences.
He has recently been elected to the Board of Directors of the World Trade Point Federation, and has been appointed Director of the Ibero-American Agency of this Organization.
Tiuna holds a Law Degree from Universidad Santa María de Caracas-Venezuela, master in Project Management and Evaluation from UNITAR (United Nations Institute for Training and Research).
More than 26 years of professional experience in the areas of tax-customs, foreign trade and international transport. Expert in customs and foreign trade legislation, management, legal analysis and project development in the public and private sectors and international organizations, as well as in the development of re-engineering procedures, organization and methods. Currently holds the position of Americas Regional Manager – ASYCUDA World (The Automated System for Customs Data) in Latin America and the Caribbean between the Tax and Customs Administrations of the Region and UNCTAD (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development).
Support to the Coordination of the ASYCUDA Regional Centre for the Americas: Technical Support in El Salvador, Nicaragua, Bolivia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Panama, and support to the ASYCUDAWorld Asia-Pacific Regional Centre in Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia for the ASYCUDAWorld implementation project and new procedures in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Vicente has developed his professional career as a manager of multinational companies, with experience in Asia, Europe, America, Africa and Global. With an excellent level of leadership, global strategic vision, results-oriented, proactive and innovative, as a result of his time at prestigious Universities such as Wharton, Esade or the Stockholm School of Economics. He has extensive experience in process management design, business development, supply chain and operations management.
His career of more than 25 years, sometimes solving complex situations, enables and motivates him to take on challenges whose interests are the growth, modernization and improvement of the business.
He has been Global Standardization Director at Tetra Pak Carton Ambient AB (Sweden), Supply Chain and Industrial Management Director at Holmen Paper Madrid, Operations and Supply Chain Director at Elopak BVen (Oslo) or Industrial Director Europe at GBfoods among others.
Antonio has developed his activity in different sectors, both public and private, always with the same enthusiasm.
The extension of his training is based on the adaptation to the different positions he has developed, the need to encourage the work teams he has led, based on principles of responsibility, courtesy and integrity.
He is a member of the National Health and Safety Commission for Spanish Universities of the General Directorate of Universities of the Ministry of Education, Intelligence Analyst, Director of Security accredited by the Ministry of the Interior, European Union Expert in twinning projects and educational development projects, expert in Educational Development Projects, collaborator of different chairs, director and teacher of numerous courses and masters in the field of PRL and Safety, in addition to many publications.
Antonio Castillo, is a prestigious business leader, with a track record of more than thirty years that has allowed him to participate in a multitude of FORUMS derived from his different responsibilities in the Regional Administration of Murcia, in Institutions and in private companies.
He has been a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Control Committee of the Caja de Ahorros de Murcia (CAJA MURCIA).
In the public sector he was appointed Deputy Mayor for Housing, Trade and Transport of the City of Murcia for four years (2007/2011).
As a business leader he has been Founding President of the Regional Federation of Business Parks of the Region of Murcia (FEPEMUR) and Founding Member of the Spanish Confederation of Industrial Parks (CEPE).
He has also been a member of the Executive Committee of the Regional Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Murcia (CROEM), the Board of Directors of the Spanish Confederation of Self-Employed Workers (CEAT-COOE) and has been a member of the Social Council of the University of Murcia.
He is currently President of the Confederation of the Self-Employed in the Region of Murcia (CARMU), Member of the Executive Committee of the Murcia Chamber of Commerce and President of the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Western Industrial Estate.
In the international area, he is a member of the Steering Committee of the Ibero-American Observatory of Foreign Trade OICEX, and represents Europe on the Executive Committee of the World Trade Point Federation.
Bruno Masier is a graduate of the World Trade Organization Institute in Geneva and holds a Master in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía in Madrid.
He has more than 25 years of experience in International Trade and Business Facilitation.
He has chaired the World Trade Points Federation (WTPF) since its creation in 2001, having been unanimously re-elected 4 times. The Federation, based in Geneva, is an institution created by the UN and composed of 57 countries, which aims to promote the participation of SMEs in international trade through the intensive use of new information technologies.
As an international consultant to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, he has participated in projects on Trade Infrastructure and Services, Business Facilitation and in the Creative Industries and Customs Modernisation Programmes.
He has undertaken more than 150 international missions in 34 countries and has been a guest lecturer for the World Bank, the ONU, UNESCO, CCI, and different governments such as Italy, Spain, China, Thailand, Jordan, South Africa, Egypt, among others.
